The Master of Science in Education Management (MED) is a general degree that emphasizes the development of leadership, education management, decision making, technology management and administration, all skills within scope of middle and upper managers in education. Course work emphasizes the practical application of theory in educational settings and the development of knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders and decision makers in today’s educational environments. This program is designed to be accessible to fully-employed students. Skills mastered in the program may be cross applied to other industries, as well, including business, government, and nonprofit institutions.
