The Master of Science in Management degree is designed to provide students with rigorous training through the use of case studies and applied theories and concepts for the purpose of developing business savvy and proficiencies to apply solutions in business situations. Students will be introduced to theories and trends in human resources, organizational behavior, diversity, leadership, quality, project management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The goal is for students to develop critical thinking skills, as well as an applied knowledge base to serve as a positive manager and change agent within diverse and global organizations. Course work emphasizes the practical application of concepts through the use of extensive case studies to promote application of effective management and organizational strategies in business and industry. This program is designed to be accessible to fully-employed students.
